Million dollar ideas don’t exist. Ideas are just thoughts yet to be acted upon. It’s great to have them, yes. But if just thinking something was worth money, baby, we’d all be rich!

Million dollar execution does exist. Uber was a worthless idea – until it was executed. Plug the iPhone, the wheel, the last company you worked for into that sentence and it’s still true.

You don’t need a non-disclosure agreement to share your ideas. Ideas are like money: the more out in circulation, the more that’s available to you.

Your great idea? Let it go. Watch it float off into the ether. Maybe someone else will grab it. Maybe they’ll do something with it. Probably not.
